To provide the core functionality of assisting media downloads from the designated website, the Extension requires the following Chrome permissions. We strictly adhere to the Chrome Web Store's single purpose policy and use these permissions exclusively for their stated purposes:
downloads (下载权限)

- 完全本地化承诺： 我们仅在您主动点击操作时触发下载。我们绝对不会将您下载的任何内容上传、传输或分享到任何外部服务器。您的文件仅存留在您的本地设备上。
- Why we need it: Only used to save the images and videos you select on the webpage directly to your local device.
- Local-only Promise: We only trigger downloads when you user actively initiate them. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT upload, transfer, or share any of your downloaded content to any external servers. Your files remain strictly on your local device.
storage (存储权限)

- No Sensitive Data Promise: This local storage contains NO Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data. It is only used to prevent duplicate installation notifications.

The core downloading functionality of the Extension operates entirely offline within your local browser. The only external network communication occurs during initial use:
安装状态通知 (Installation Webhook Ping)
当您首次安装本插件时，它会向我们指定的内部接口（飞书机器人）发送一条纯文本通知，以记录插件被成功安装。
- 包含什么数据： 仅包含匿名的、纯文本的业务动作标识（例：“新增一次插件安装”）。
- 【重要澄清】不包含什么数据： 该通知是绝对匿名的。它不包含您的用户名、用户ID、IP地址、浏览器指纹、MAC地址、Google账号信息或任何其他能够识别您个人身份的信息。
When you install the Extension for the first time, it sends a pure-text notification to our specified internal interface (Feishu Bot) to record a successful installation.
- What data is included: It only contains an anonymous, pure-text business action identifier (e.g., "New extension installation").
- [IMPORTANT] What data is NOT included: This notification is absolutely anonymous. It does NOT contain your username, user ID, IP address, browser fingerprint, MAC address, Google account information, or any other information that could identify you personally.

We take your security very seriously. Your downloads are processed locally directly through the browser's native API (Chrome Downloads API) without passing through any intermediary servers; the single anonymous installation ping is transmitted encrypted via secure HTTPS protocols. Based on our "extreme minimal data requirement" design, your privacy is fundamentally guaranteed.
